Proefnotitie

Prachtige, verfijnde witte wijn met de geur van appel, honingmeloen, limoenschil en vuursteen. Sappig en vol van smaak met goede fruitvulling, opwekkende frisheid en een krijtdroge afdronk.

Drinken bij

Subtiele, frisdroge witte wijn om solo te drinken of bij gerechten met schaal- en schelpdieren, zoals (rauwe) oesters, salade met garnalen en avocado, coquilles, sushi of jonge witschimmelkazen.  

Houdbaarheid

Nu prachtig; houdbaar tot ten minste 7 jaar na oogstdatum.
