Om een Bourgogne-stijl Pinot Noir te kunnen maken plant het huis alleen druivenranken aan in koelere gebieden. De druiven voor deze wijn groeien in verschillende wijngaarden in het Central Coast-gebied. De ligging, de koelte van de nabijgelegen oceaan en de bodem met klei, zand en keien geven Pinot Noir-wijnen met structuur, elegantie en een mooie balans tussen verfijnde aroma’s en frisheid.

Na de oogst vergist de wijn op roestvrijstaal, gevolgd door een rijping op Frans eiken. De wijn heeft uitnodigende aroma’s van zwarte kersen, frambozen en pruimen, aangevuld met tonen van vanille en getoast eiken. Zacht en fruitig van smaak waarbij tonen van sappig rood fruit, frisse zuren en zacht romig eikenhout prachtig met elkaar in balans zijn.

Zachte, elegante Pinot Noir met sappig fruit, subtiel hout en een mooie frisse zuren.
